This machine adopts piston filling, it is suitable for non-viscous, low viscous and high viscous material at the same time.

The piston filling system of this machine could achieve bottle inlet counting, ration filling, bottle output etc automatically. It suits for high viscous material such as jam, wood floor wax care, engine oil, edible oil etc ration filling.

1 :for different bottle shapes: round ,flat and so on for different kinds shapes of bottles ,they can share on one filling machine ,no need to change spare parts 

2: no dropping ,inside the filling heads ,after filling make to be vaccum if not touch by hand on filling head will no drop ,second is there is device ,after filling ,device will do the collect under filling heads ,two ways to make sure no dropping .

3 :machine material ,the material we use ,all the contact part SS 316L ,make sure machines are working good

4: foaming , we have the device which not only diving to avoide the foaming but also have some other special ways to make sure to decrease the foaming.

 5: accurate, every filling heads with one load cell to control the weight ,will not be influenced by the temputer ,keep the weight the same
